I program the machines. I build the systems above them. I pen-test both. From PLC to API. From press line to ERP. Tested before it ships. I write PLC logic. I ship .NET platforms. I break them before anyone else can.
I'm a full-stack software engineer with 6+ years in industrial automation and enterprise software. Today I design and ship the ERP integration, production tracking, inventory, and KPI platforms at R&E Automated Systems, a robotics and automation integrator — C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and Cosmos DB, with automated and penetration testing on every release through Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. Before that I programmed PLC/HMI logic for 10 stamping lines and 20+ industrial robots across 5 Ford plants, and ran Motor City Software LLC, where I delivered 20+ websites and e-commerce storefronts.

Own the architecture, deployment, and roadmap of the company's in-house app suite, setting priorities with leadership.
Built the Sage X3 ERP integration layer, Material Planning & Logistics (MP&L) shipping app, and ITSM help desk.
Built the production tracking and barcode inventory systems, the systems of record for production and inventory.
Built a KPI platform in place of Power BI to cut licensing costs, giving customers graphing and tracking for their parts.
Gate every release with automated tests and penetration testing in a CI/CD pipeline, plus beta and user testing.
Maintain living architecture and API docs alongside the code; manage Git, backups, and snapshots.

Built C#, C, and Visual Basic plant tools with SQL-backed data capture and reporting, via CI/CD and automated tests.
Replaced and supported stamping-press and robot software across 5 Ford plants using Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC, and Rockwell Automation software, deploying within maintenance windows.
Designed offline apps for sensitive systems, protecting IP and keeping production running through network outages.
Built and documented an obfuscation tool protecting proprietary code from insider threats; trained maintainers on it.
Primary technical contact for Ford stakeholders, turning requirements into deliverables; mentored apprentices.

Built and sold 20+ websites and e-commerce stores to local businesses, from 3-product boutiques to high-ticket exercise equipment (Node.js, React, Vue, JavaScript, PostgreSQL).
Integrated Stripe/Square payments and FedEx/UPS APIs for labels, delivery quotes, drop-off locations, and packaging.
